What does a "lead" actually include?

Property address, permit type, project description, owner name, mailing address with rental detection, assessed value, and year built. We don't sell phone numbers or email addresses. The lead is the address, which is what you need for a targeted mailer.

How fresh is the data?

Carroll, Howard, and Frederick County permits are pulled and classified every week. Most leads are less than 7 days old when they appear in your dashboard.

How does pricing work?

Will my competitors see the same leads?

At standard pricing, up to 10 buyers per vertical per county can access the same data. The leads are public permit records so the data itself is available to anyone who builds the tooling. The advantage is speed and enrichment, not exclusivity.

Where does this data come from? Is it legal to mail these homeowners?

Every permit is a public record filed with the county building department. Property ownership and mailing address data comes from county assessor records, also public. Direct mail to a property owner is legal with no special restrictions. We intentionally do not provide phone numbers or email addresses, which carry TCPA and CAN-SPAM exposure. Postcards are the safe, legal channel.

How do I cancel?

From your account, open Manage billing and cancel your subscription right there. No retention games, no "please stay" flows. If you can't get in, email us and we'll handle it within one business day.
